Our Returns Policy
- No complete systems are accepted.
- All items are sold individually.
- The individual faulty item(s) must be returned as supplied with all original packaging.
- All items will be tried and tested within 7 days of receipt.
- Each item found not to be faulty will incur a £10 Plus VAT charge.
- The faulty items will be returned to the manufacturer for replacement or credit. This may take up to 14 days.
- At our discretion we may replace any faulty item that is no more than 14 days from date of sale.
- Any case found to be damaged on unpacking must be returned within 24 hours of purchase, the internal power supplies have a 30 days warranty.
